By signing up as a member, you acknowledge that we are providing information and education and not providing financial advice and that you are making a decision to copy our trades on your own account. We have no knowledge of the level of money you are trading with or the level of risk you are taking with each trade. In this regard, the amounts paid for the use of our signals cannot be refunded. You are paying for our information and education only and not advice. You must make your own financial decisions. 1. Trading is a risky affair.

Trading Stocks and other futures instruments are an extremely risky affair and is not meant to be visualized as retirement funds. So, it is most suitable for customers who understand the risks and are willing to undertake it. You must be financially capable of withstanding losses that can even exceed the deposited amount.

Hence, a proper understanding of the risk is necessary prior to trading in forex, CFDs and other leveraged instruments.

2. Market recommendations are solely informational and the choice that you make is yours.

The recommendation that we make regarding the market are purely informational based on the stats that we have compiled. It is the discretion of the customer to choose or ignore the recommendations and it is an independent decision on your part. We are not acting as your advisor and we are not liable for the damages, expenses, and losses that may be incurred because of subsequent investment. Any recommendation herein serves merely as information that can guide you. The decision to follow it is your own choice.

3. Recommendations are made from personal judgments.

The recommendations that we have listed on our site comes from our own personal judgment based on technical analysis. We do not guarantee that they will always be consistent with market positions. We extract details from accurate and reliable sources but we cannot guarantee accuracy all the time.

4.Transactions in other jurisdictions.

Transactions on markets linked to domestic market can lead to a lot of additional risks. You should check out such details before dealing with the different transactions and the local regulatory authority and markets can affect it as well.

5.Internet Trading.

When you are trading using the Internet platform, there are a lot of different types of risks involved like hardware failure, software failure, internet connectivity issues and so on. Since we are not responsible for IT infrastructure, router connectivity, PC issues, we will not be liable for any loss or damage that can be caused because of it. Further, any subsequent losses that arise because of the same will not be borne by us and you will be held responsible for the same.

6.Creditor Priority in Bankruptcy.

You should be familiar with protection accorded money and other property that you have deposited through domestic and foreign exchange transactions. You should check the legislation and rules regarding the amount of money and property that you may have to forfeit if you are declared as bankrupt.

7.Local Laws.

This site is not meant to be used by persons in such country where the use would be contrary to their local laws and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of the visitor to check that they are authorized to avail the site of the trading.

All comments, opinions, articles, charts news, reports, trading signals, and analysis (hereinafter called “postings”) are provided for information only and should not be construed as a solicitation to buy or sell any of the instruments mentioned in the ‘postings’.

9.The Authors or Analysts

The authors or analysts of such ‘postings’ and or his staff may have positions in some of the instruments mentioned in the ‘postings’.

10.Telegram

Postings by us in any of our Telegram groups are strictly for your “personal use” only and shall not be circulated outside this Telegram group or outside whichever group that you belong to, to other groups or communities without the written permission of our authors. Neither is the user permitted to use our postings for his own business gains as the intellectual property to these postings belong to F1 Academy of Technical Analysis Sdn Bhd.

11.Community

User is also not permitted to post our postings to someone outside of this community who subsequently use this information for commercial gains.

12.Personal Data

Users cannot use this Telegram portal to access personal data of other users for the purpose of establishing contacts to further his or to help a friend further his business gains.

13.Discussion

Users will not personally attack fellow members of this community, including authors and staff. Offensive, lewd or threatening language will not be tolerated; Discussions must only be in relation to the financial markets and not any other topics based on their race, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age.

14.Private Message (PM)

Users are welcome to interact privately using the PM feature and request responses in this manner where appropriate. The above terms and condition apply to PMs as well as public interactions. PMs are not allowed to be used to solicit clients either for user or user’s friends. When PM between users, do not simply give away your contact or telephone number. Users are welcome to contact the F1 Academy of Technical Analysis team via PM. However, users should refrain from making the contents of a PM public in any way. PMs can be reported for abuse by sending a screenshot/ screen capture to the admin of TAD.

15.Banned and deleted

Users can be banned and deleted from this Telegram and or other electronic platforms etc if PM rules are broken.

16.Other Business Interest

Users are not allowed to use the Telegram platform to look for clients for his business not is he allowed to use it to help a friend in his business.

17.Non Related Advertising

We do not allow the advertising of commercial products services or job vacancies in our Telegram.

18.Spamming

We will delete anyone’s attempts to spam our Telegram with links as a way of promoting their own sites, products or blogs etc.

Refund Policy

Fee is non- refundable and non-transferable across program. Full payment must be made to enjoy the full package for at least 6months.

At F1 Academy Of Technical Analysis Sdn. Bhd. is the owners of any trademark that appears on the website. We are also the copyright owner of the content and information listed here unless it is otherwise indicated. You should not download or save any part of the content or take a screenshot or send it via email unless they are stated so. However, you can print a copy of the information for your own personal use and the information should not be circulated. If you use our websites in such manner that it infringes our copyright laws, you are liable to legal actions.
